This website, shopcedarline.com, is operated by Cedarline Commerce LLC (“Cedarline”, “we”, “us”). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our store

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform and secure checkout. You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, and you agree to give accurate, current information when you buy from us.

Products and pricing

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours may look different on different screens. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue a product, or cancel and fully refund an order if an item becomes unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

Orders, shipping and refunds

We currently deliver to the contiguous United States. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s checkout and its payment partners. We do not see or store your full card details.

Chat and customer support

Our site offers chat through Shopify Inbox, and some replies may be generated automatically. Automated answers are for general help only; you can ask to reach a member of our team at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to interfere with its operation, using it for anything unlawful, or submitting false information or fraudulent claims.

Intellectual property

The site’s content, design and text belong to Cedarline or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Products are intended for their described everyday use; please follow any care, safety and supervision notes on the product page. To the extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Cedarline Commerce LLC is registered.
